Customer’s FAQ

Q: “I am unable to login to my account. My username and password are correct”

A: Please check your email to see if your account has been flagged as suspicious or restricted. If you have a Terms of Service violation, your account may be closed. If you had a previous account on Fetrequest.com with a violation, your new account may be restricted or closed. If you believe you have been mistakenly flagged, please contact customer support with an evidence or information that will allow us to review your situation.

Q: “How can I delete my account and all my data?”

A: Please contact customer support. We will manually delete your account, transaction history and all account data. Please note that this decision is irreversible. Your account will be deleted with haste if these is no regulatory reasons that hinders the deletion process.

Q: “Who can use Fetrequest.com?”

A: To use Fetrequest.com you must first register and create a User account. You must provide a valid email address, a username, and a password.

To register as a User:

  • you must be at least 18 years old, and you will be required to confirm this;
  • if the laws of the country or State/province where you live provide that you can only be legally bound by a contract with us at an age which is higher than 18 years old, then you must be old enough to be legally bound by a contract with us under the laws of the country or State/province where you live;
  • you must be permitted by the laws of the country or State/province where you are located to join Fetrequest.com and to view any Content available on it and to use any functionality provided by it;
  • you must not be a convicted sex offender.

If you do not meet the above requirements, you must not access or use Fetrequest.com.

Q: “What if I am not satisfied with the content that was delivered to me?”

A: If you are not satisfied with your purchase of content, it is possible to issue a complaint to our customer support. Please note that there is no quality guarantee on any type of content ordered on Fetrequest.com. In the event of content complaints our team will make an assessment if the content delivered matches what was ordered. If the content matches the description (listing) or the content matches your content request (requests), there is no ground for a refund.

If the content delivered does not match what is offered on the listing or agreed upon in an offer for a request, you will be eligible for a full refund or your purchase. Content creators that gets too many complaints against them may be permanently suspended from using Fetrequest.com.

Q: “How are content creators vetted?”

A: All creators are age and identity verified. Content creators on Fetrequest.com must be at least 18 years old.

Q: “Are there any forbidden content on Fetrequest.com?”

A: Yes. Content that promotes violence, racism, drug use and abuse and other illegal activities are strictly forbidden. Full details about what content is prohibited on Fetrequest.com can be found in our Terms of Service.

Q: “Who creates content on Fetrequest.com?”

A: Anyone that wants to. Could be your neighbor or could be your favorite pornstar. Anyone over the age of 18 may register as a content creator and after they are age and identity verified they can start posting listings and offers for requests.

Q: “How can I pay for content?”

A: We offer safe payments through PayPal. You pay only for the content you receive. We have no recurring or hidden service fees.

Creator’s FAQ

Q: “Why do I need to upload documents to prove my identity?”

A: This is to prevent child pornography. Please note that verifying your age and identity may take up to two business days, but is usually done within 24 hours. Providing high-resolution material according to instructions makes the process smoother.

Q: “Can I post/sell content that includes me and someone else?”

A: Yes, but please read our Terms of Service very carefully before you do so. You are obliged to have a written agreement with all individuals appearing on your content. Accounts on Fetrequest.com are personal and can not be shared. This means that you are legally in charge of the material sold/uploaded from your account. Payouts are also made to one account and can not be split. Splitting payouts should be dictated in the written agreement you have with other individuals appearing on your content.

Q: “How do I get paid?”

A: All customers make payments to Fetrequest.com. The payment is held in escrow until the content is delivered to the customer. When you reach the minimum payout limit, you can request a payout to your PayPal account.

Creators receive 87,5% of the revenue on their earnings. The remaining 12,5% covers referral payments, payment processing, hosting, support, and all other services.

Q: “Do I need to pay taxes?”

A: Probably, yes. Fetrequest.com does not handle your taxes. By using Fetrequest.com you warrant that you report your earnings to local tax authorities.

Q: “What about VAT?”

A: Fetrequest.com will pay VAT to local tax authorities if necessary.
